Considering the AC only version goes for $300, $400 sounds alright. It says in the ad "obo", so i'd try to go lower. I'm a cheap bastard though!:D

Price the same welder at your LWS and at Your local home center.
Anything less than their best price is a good deal. Keep in mind how far you will have to drive to get it. Don't want to spend $100 in gas to get it.

Make sure to bring someone with you! Open the box and try the machine, make sure everything works!
If you are not allowed to open the box and try the machine then forget it! Scammers are out there.
