We are welcoming two new sponsors to WeldingWeb. Jackson Products (http://www.jacksonproducts.com), producer of helmets and other safety supplies. Also, Select-Arc (http://www.select-arc.com), producer of tubular welding electrodes. Hope they follow the feedback they get on their products in addition to sponsoring the show.

My experience with Jackson is my 5-year-old EQC Executive auto-darkening hood. Awesome lens in a piece of crap headgear.

Geez Mac,

Thanks for THAT! I know you're just being honest. We like honest. But couldn't you let 'em get through the front door first?

Welcome aboard, folks. I own one of the older-stype big-lens Jacksons myself. It's my main helmet. I just wished the black made me look thinner.

i got a jackson, speedglass and a miller elite. the jackson is the oldest and most beat up, but it still protects the eyes and it handles abuse like being thrown into the gangbox.

I got 2 Jacksons flip styles, another EQC Executive 3 in 1 lens in a huntsman hood, 2 miller XLIX auto, and a Jackson Journeyman. I have no complaints with the Jacksons, the 3 in 1 has duct tape around the perimeter of the lens to hold it togather (I have beat the crap out of it) and it still works fine. I would like to see some more style on em though. I'm sure Jackson can beat out miller on some graphics.
