I'm working on an old sa-200 trying to get it running. It has a f-163 Continental engine and a Fairbanks Morse magneto. I think it was made in the late 50's. Does any one have an idea what the point gap should be? Or where to find out? Thanks!

You can go to www.lincolnelectric.com and email Tech Support with the code and serial numbers off the welder and they can find the manual for you.
Here's a link to one of the manuals, info is on page 8.
Point gap is .020
Spark plug gap is .025

Good luck!
