Hi, I measured the nut for the head stud: it is 7/16-20 thread, 0.625 inch across the flats, and 0.475 inch tall. A similar nut is a grade 8 High Hex on page 2886 of my Grainger catalog, on the bottom of the page. This nut is 11/16 inch across the flats (i.e. wrench size) and is 39/64 inch tall. I may have to get a box of these if I can't find any used nuts. It is an unusual nut.
The studs are manifold studs, 3 inches long, 7/16-20 on the nut end, of course. These used to be pretty-much a standard item, but try to buy anything any more; probably no one at a parts house or bolt shop will know what you are talking about.
Hope this helps somebody.
