I have an older Beta mig 200 and would like to update the mig gun. Can anyone point me in the right direction.I can't seem to find a direct replacement.I would like either a 12 or 15 foot cable.I run .035 mild steel wire,no flux core. Thanks in advance. Norm

Norm - any local welding supplier for Miller will be able to help you. I believe the Beta-MIG is made by Hobart and Miller supports them. If you list your location, I can do a quick search and find you a local supplier.

I'm pretty sure the older Hobart units will accept a standard rear end Tweco # 4 gun. If Tweco's not your choice you should be able to get any brand of gun you want with a #4 Tweco rear end pin.

These are questions from a novice.Why a tweco #4.Isn't the # 4 a 400 amp gun?Do I need a 400amp gun on a 200 amp machine? Thanks for your help, Norm.
