Hi All,
I have a fantastic product to introduce you to. It is a tube bending machine that will fit on the tailgate of your truck so you never have to leave the site to make bends fit. It has up to a 2" x 2" cap. steel tubing. You can hand crank for tight spots or use your drill motor and attach to the machine for long bends. Easy to use - little labor involved. If you would like more informaiton and pictures call me or email me and I will get back to you within 24 hours.
I have been a tool maker for 38 years and love this machine.

Hi Mike, glad to see you made it here. Hope you don't mind if I post a picture of it.
I plan on getting one of these myself. I'm bidding on a job right now and if I get the bid I'll need it.

Any chance you could get some photos posted, and a description of how it works? Pipe, tube, round, square, etc? Estimated cost? I'll VERY soon be in the market for a bender and am curious! Sounds pretty cool.

Good for you Mike. Maybe you can encourage some of your customers to come here and tell us about it.
I do have a question regarding the 2x2 bends.
At what radius does the tube begin to distort and change in size.

Tom,
People are asking many questions about what cadius I can bend on different types of material. This week I am going to spend time bending
different types so I can tell them for sure the results. I should have done
this before hand, but I assume to much!!!. I will be posting spec. sheets this
week.
Thanks,
Mike

Sounds good. Another tool you can take advantage of is photobucket.com (free) I use it a lot. You can easily upload pictures and link those pictures where ever you like.

Hey Tom, Changed pictures on web page, also on ebay. it shows some of the samples I made this week. one is 2 x 1 formed channel 14 ga. with flanges inside, another is 1 1/2 x 3/4 channel 14 gage with flanges out, still another
is 2 x 1 bar channel rolled in the "U" shape, flanges inside. Also, you can roll it with flanges outside.Hope to have your 2 x 2 tubing in a day or so. Hope this week has been good to you!

Friends,
Detailed conversations about this should now be taken offline through private messaging or some other means of contact. The rules for this site are clear. It's not a place for manufacturers or dealers.
The announcement has been clearly made here that the metalbender exists, and we have not gotten in the way.
I'm now asking everyone to stay within the spirit of this forum and this website, by taking the commercial conversation offline.
Thank you.
