Welcome to the WeldingWeb™ - Welding forum for pros and enthusiasts.
This is a forum where announcements are made about the site directly from ownership about changes to the site, new sponsors, etc...
If you have questions about this site or need help posting, registering or using any of the features of the site, post here! Also, if you have suggestions on how to improve the site, let us know.
Here is where all those pesky stickey threads go. This will free up more space in the other forums.
Let us know who you are, when you got started welding, your areas of expertise, etc...
If you are new to the welding industry or just have general questions and do not know where to ask them, this is the forum!
Post Pictures and descriptions of shop layout, equipment and gear. This includes machinery, welding equipment, air delivery systems and just about anything else you use in your shop.
Trade or sell your equipment with other members of the site. Manufacturer and dealer posts are NOT permitted in this forum.
The Service Provider Subforum is a place where individuals can offer welding-related services. WeldingWeb is providing this area and the "Service Provider" status as a benefit to members, so providers of services can communicate this information to WeldingWeb members in a structured way. This is a PAID inclusion area. For rules and other information, please read the Sticky: NEW Service Provider Subforum in Announcements.
Links, book and other resources - with a catch: You can't recommend your own stuff. You can only recommend other people's stuff that you've used or stumbled across. Oh yeah: Keep it on topic or we'll torch it.
A place to discuss PowCon welders, as well as Arcon inverters (The modern day SCR fired inverter based on the original technology that became PowCon) Arcon is currently one of the only manufacturers offering some parts and tech support for PowCon machines.
For discussion about products from any other manufacturer. NOTE: Thread title should start with manufacturer name (i.e. Victor: Question about...)
Discuss anything unrelated to the welding industry - sports, religion, politics, etc... You must be a registered member to view and participate in this forum.
