Cool Lincoln Electric Idealarc Sp-100 Code 9284

I recently obtained an older Lincoln Electric Idealarc Sp-100 Code 9284-811. It is missing the PC Board. Can anyone tell me the board number I need to purchase? Is it the L6685 or the L6685-1?

G1842-[ ] per the parts break-down for the unit with code# 9284. The "-[ ]" is for any revision number the board was built to which there appears to be three (-1, -2 & -3).

You can search with these guys http://www.3eservicesinc.com/Manufac...LINCOLN/G18421

Check with Lincoln customer service on whether there are any issues using a -1, -2 or -3 revision board.

Lincoln no longer supports that pcb. You are going to have to do a web search and see if anybody has one they are willing to sell. Try all the pcb repair sites and see if they have an extra one. In most cases a higher dash number replaces the lower one.
Pc boards only, In other parts the dash number could be a completely different part or a different size part. all diodes and potentiometers all start with the same type of number. The dash number tells what size.
Duaneb55 look up the part number in the list price list you have. drop the dash number and it will show you all the changes.
Vintage parts has sold all the ones they had.
