I will probably have to score the back as well on the diamond plate. Thanks for posting.
    Thanks, it was a challenge,

    Here it is finished

I'll have my customer take a pic when it's in place.

    Phil,

As always nice work. You get some cool little custom projects. I'm not clear though on just what it's purpose is. What's it's function?

Mancharl try and pay attention to getting the weld on both side of the metal evenly. Looks like u got the weld just barley grabbing one of the sides. You will get it just keep at it

Sunday afternoon project for my utility trailer. Cut a replacement base plate for the trailer jack, took the old one off and welded the new one on (poorly), then bolted in a caster from Harbor Freight. Now I can move my trailer around much easier.

It's a cover for this fire pit to keep the weather out.

Cut a factory gas tank down to fit a new chassis. We cant do an body work to this truck so this will be basically a fuel sump with factory fill and pickup then a larger tank will be made to fit nicely in the bed out of polished stainless that will feed the sump. The customer is always right?

    Fit up for TIG.
