I use the chart inside the machine but I usually turn the wire speed down a taste .... seems to work better.

Ya. My only complaint about the welder is that I get a lot of splatter build up on the inside if the nozzle. But the splatter is not bad what so ever on the part. I just have to clean it nozzle all the time it seems like

Those log trailers take a beating, seems like every one I see has multiple repairs where the tubes have cracked/broken off.

What did you clean those tubes with before welding? Looks like they cleaned up real nice!

I'll partake, i guess. Working on a conveyor (one of multiple actually) for a food processing plant. Can't say who or where, but none the less.

    Love stainless

This is acgtually a radius conveyor, but don't have any pics of the radius part yet.

    Why?
Don't even get me started on this lol.

Tillman tig gloves are pure garbage, I won't waste my money on them anymore. The miller tig gloves are so much better it's not even funny.
Apparently the folks at Tillman don't understand how a human hand is shaped, the stupid palm sewn seam will tear open on every single pair you'll ever use because it pulls tight when you open your hand. The millers don't pull tight because I'm assuming Millers glove designers have hands unlike Tillmans designers.
Most people don't try millers cuz they cost a few bucks more a pair, but they last 3 or more times longer.

You're joking right? The logs keep them clean. All I did was stick it on there and weld. One of the quickest easiest repairs I've made on one in a while.
