I dunno, I thought y'all could make a comment under that post I made about the raffle, is that not an option? I must've had one too many beers...

    Re: Welding Hats

I'm back to wearing my Comaeux cap and slathering my head with SPF 100 sun screen each morning before heading out on to the shop floor. That's probably going to be the program to get thru the coming summer. Haven't abandoned the idea of the "Montana Big Bill" welders cap completely just thinking that (marketing wise) it would be better for it to debut this coming fall / winter.

Just to let you know Tim, I'm scheming on making this a "Made in Montana" item. I've got two local ladies with exceptional sewing skills lined up for doing the assembly part.

Got my first hat from you a couple days ago, and it fits almost perfectly!
Nice work Tim, and I'm looking forward to my next one!

I apologize to Tim for the hijack, but why don't you just wear a welder's hood?

Well sure, if you just want to try and do every thing the easy way I suppose you could go that route.

Don't worry Dave, the next two for real ones will be perfect! Just so everybody knows, I sent him a free one to try out so we could get a fix on the fit.

I dunno yet. When you get more dragon material I'm going to have you make one for my son.

See if you can find some Minecraft material..

Haven't been on here for a while but got my hats last week, and they both look and fit perfectly.
Gotta thank you for offering me that free hat for the test fitting...
You really didn't have to do that but I sure do appreciate it, and you got the fit almost perfect on that first one anyway.
Thanks again, and it's been a real pleasure doing business with you Tim!

I've had pretty much the same experience with him. Couldn't be happier.

Both hats have been great. Fit perfect and look good too. He's going to do a set of matching ones in dragon material for my son and I. I'll get pics when we go to Ceadar Point next month
