    How to edit post?

    I posted last night and this morning I saw a typo and did not see anywhere to edit my post. What am I missing? Help.

    Okay, I see that the edit option is below, but is gone from the post in question. At what point is the edit option removed and why?

    There is a time limit for the edit button - after it expires the button goes away.

    You are right Dave, I tried that years ago with my wife. Never did get it to work.

    No big deal. On my christmas present post I wrote "inlays" instead of in-laws.

    A lot of the "in-laws" I know are like "inlays" you have to use a crowbar to get them out.
