    Just got this Miller 215 first project build a cart for it. Made it out of some old shelving material and bed frame.

    Works pretty good got the spool gun and tig kit as well so far so good.

    Wow,

    That's a tidy and smart looking package of a welding cart. I like the two-bottle capacity, and the clamping action for them. It's hardly noticeable how you cleverly kept the material cost down too!

    Looks great. Insert some pvc pipe in those rings welded on the backside for tig rod holders.

    Here is mine, recently finished. This is for a TIG welder on the center shelf, plasma cutter on the top, and gas bottle in the back. Some hooks to attach hoses and cords, larger ones in the back for the very thick power extension cords. It could have been made more simply, but this was good for practice.

    Just built this for my new ahp with some scrap aluminum tubing added the stainless top for a little work area will probably just be a catch all though

    I am waiting for mine to arrive, what are the base dimensions so I can build/shop for a cart?

    Hey,

    I'm likin' this one, especially how the shelf fronts protrude a little, and how they succesively tier down a bit too.

    The paint finish is cool too.

    Thanks. The paint is Rustoleum hammered grey, brushed on. A bit of a pain to get all the different sides...

    The dimensions I have for the 200x are approx. 20" long x 9" wide x 22" Tall.

    I would add a couple inches for the length of the AHP, and keep the back open for connections and to reach the on/off switch.

    I like the chain you use to secure the fuel tank, very cool.
