    This will get you started..
You will have to look for the female pins.. call them.. Found this info from the Thermal dynamics guys.. Same 14 pins setup..

You can get them from an electronic supply house….they are manufactured by Tyco, and are known as Amp CPC connectors. Here are the tyco numbers:

    A1358-ND Plug Shell
    A32516-ND Cable Clamp
    A99521-ND Pins

These do require a crimping tool that is costly (over $100) last time I bought one (30 years ago!). Picture:Name: pigtail.jpg

I actually keep the plugs, strain reliefs and pins in stock (home shop)....if you need them contact me at jim.colt@hypertherm.com

Just solder the pins, even the crimp style.. Works great.. You learn that with the way smaller Thermal-arc 8 pin style plugs.. Ten times harder to work with then the large pins..

Hypertherm interface assembly 228350 requires to use 6 wires cable. Is it 16 or 18 AWG size wires?, Can be used unshield cable or have to be shielded? Do you know a spec. number of the cable? Thank You for any info.

The cables from Hypertherm are 3 pair individually shielded Belden style cables, 22 gauge conductors. On 99.9% of machines using a Powermax there is absolutely no need for shielding so you can use and 24 gauge or larger conductor cable. Jim Colt Hypertherm
