    Tig pictures

    Some 1.5" sqaure tubing...
    First shot is table legs, sorry not really a visible weld... Just a pretty #4 finish.
    Process is, Fuse, sanding disc, buffing disc, buffing wheel to put grain back(pictured), scotch bright to hide differences

    Third shot 1.5"sqr tube 90*....

    Thoughts?
    (Yes I noticved the pinhole).

    look ok to me..

    (personally i'd space the "dips" a little more)

    and just work on the tie-off..
    stop the weld..tap the pedal and add filler...go around in a small circle with the torch..add another drop and repeat...

    walk the flame off the end and you've done it!!

    ...zap!

    Space the drips? This was constant fill, no petal just scratch.

    Yea I can walk the flame off at the end its no biggy to not get pin holes. Sometimes you get lazy

    its something you should do everytime reguardless..

    thats the "small stuff" that seperates a welder from a WELDER

    looking good to me, cant wait to see it all finished up.
