weldanpower 225/210 6 briggs wiring diagram

I've got a weldanpower 225/210 6 with a Briggs and no cv tap, code 8705. the wiring diagram provided by Lincoln does not match the partially destroyed diagram under the cover of my welder. specifically the idle solenoid. img 308 that Lincoln provides on their web shows the solenoid connected to taps 213 and 215 on the idler circuit board. what's left of my diagram shows the solenoid connected to taps 214 1nd 215. The rest of the diagram isn't legible and I'll need it to hook up the ignition and idle switches and ammeter without possibly doing damage to the idle or charging circuits. everything worked as it should before I disassembled for cleaning and inspection. Thanks, John

This is all I have from my Code 8399 / no CV tap. The drawing # you're looking for is M-14140. If you can't get it done from this, I suggest emailing Lincoln and request M-14140.

Also, the auto idle circuit will not function without the ammeter hooked up.

I appreciate the effort, that area that's burnt must be typical to this welder. My drawing is damaged in the same area . I've got my local dealer looking into finding this drawing since Lincoln has not yet responded to my request.

If you can't downsize the pdf, do you have the option to print it as a JPEG ?

If not and it's the only way to get it let me know. You can email it to me and I can print it to a JPEG.

And here's a thread where you partially explained the idler a few years back:

Re: weldanpower 225/210 6 briggs wiring diagram

I appreciate the help. i wasn't able to download the file for some reason but my local dealer was able to print off drawing M-14240, and I was back in business. was. I repaired a broken weld on a machine, shut the welder down to fab some pieces and when I started the welder up and went to weld she would spark and not weld. I found an older post here about checking the flashing diode, brushes, armature and slow blow fuse. my question regarding the flashing diode is this. when I check the diode with the fuse removed the diode measures resistance in only one direction. with the fuse installed I get a reading of 225 and rising with the ohm meter leads in the correct direction and 346 and rising in the opposite direction. as a side note, I had replaced the ignition coil recently with a new briggs electronic coil. thanks
