I just snagged this bad boy off Craigslist for a whooping $250 still in the original box! I am not new to welding but I am fairly new to stick welding and I figured that I couldn't go wrong learning on a tried and trued tombstone especially one with AC and DC capabilities. Oh yeah and the guy thru in this awesome welding cart made from an old shopping cart lol.

you cant go wrong at that price, now you can customize that cart to your needs, weld on some shelves and holders for some tools....

Very nice and a good deal! And having AC/DC is the way to go. You can weld a get your groceries at the same time

I was so damn excited about this welder that I spent my lunch break finishing the cart. I welded the baskets back in place and added some lead hangers. We cleaned out our non traceable electrodes at work and I took home a couple hundred pounds of free Excalibur sticks. I got everything from 7018 to 316 and anything you could want in-between. Now I just need to figure out the next project so I can burn some sticks through this beast.

Once a happy shopper, now a happy welder. "Excuse me sir, what aisle is the Excalibur 1/8 7018 that is on sale "🛒..... Being serious, you need that cart and maybe three more for all the stuff we accumulate. I still can't find some of my welding gear and tools I misplaced

Nice score! Having the DC option is going to be great with all those 7018 rods.
