50 foot torch lead on PM45

Well I've finally decided to upgrade to a PM45 from a Northern 375 (which has actually been a good machine). I've found quite a few good deals, but one option has me stalled. I can get a PM45 with standard 25' lead or upgrade to a 50' torch lead for an extra $175.

Does anyone have the 50' lead ? Is the extra length more hassle than help ? I can see where trying to roll up 50 feet of that "stiff" cable could get old. Also, does the extra length create any air pressure loss problems ?

Thanks.
