Does the Champion Elite Need Automatic Voltage Regulation?

I've noticed the smaller engine generators have automatic voltage regulation to prevent fluctuations during large and small loads on the generator. Does the Hobart Champion Elite need this regulator or does it already incorporate something similar?

There's a graph of generator output voltage vs. load in the manual. Output voltage tends to drop off gradually after the load exceeds 40 Amps.
