Aluminum Penetration
The welds look good but break very easily. Is it normal or just not enough penetration? They split directly down the center.

Hmmmn.......I have never seen this. I use 4043 rod. The main problem I have is getting the two pieces to flow together. I seem to end up with too large a bead.
