help me choose Invertec205/dynasty200dx.

Hello yall i need some advice. There are two local stores that sell either miller our lincoln. I was gona get the thermal arc 185 but since i will use this machine allot and will be my profession i plan on getting somthing better. I want to get a good tig/arc welder and narrowed it down to these two. Which one will be a better choice? Also will it be okay to run a air cooled torch our will i have to upgrade to a water cooled one? I will be using the machine for all sorts of things aluminum/stainless-tig welding and allot of arc welding as well. So which one is the better one to get??
