Hobart 210 Ironman
I bought the Ironman to weld replacement sheet metal on rusted out panels on my truck, and build bumpers and sliders. After playing with it, I think my Thermal Arc 185 TIG will do a better job.
On my practice panels, with the machine set on 1/16, heat and speed, was blowing holes in the sheet metal if I didn't stitch it. I was running .023 wire. I do like the fact that the Mig will do wonders for production type work. |
