Size: 20.0 KBfinally done and hooked up and working using a 256gph fountain pump, heater core from a saturn, old dusty fan from my office in my shop which i dismantled to the nesscary part only. All welds were first pass with no pulse using the air cooled wp26 that came with my new 200lx. Water flow thru dinse coupler was a perfect fit from Miller diamond back. I hooked up my wf 225 flex head 25 ft long torch package from my miller 400 and it works perfect and that machine was over 600 pounds alone I have installed a momentary push button switch on the torch and i can still use the pedal from everlast also. I am using the gold colored tungsten not the green and it works better for alum and the red 2 percent works good but the gold gives it a wider weld when u need it hope you all enjoy the pictures.

I don't think you can make it much lighter. Looks very nice and custom.

I know you have to be mobile, but they must kill you on the argon refills. My 131 is over $30 here.
