Small tubing and flat stock roller... free plans included

To start off, this is not my design. I found it here http://www.tbucketeers.com/topic/693...e-tube-bender/ and modified it to use what I had at hand.

Plans are here in pdf format: http://www.mediafire.com/?oxz1y2mojdz

This has been and still is an ongoing project. The only thing left to do is to finish all of the dies I want to make. Those would be round tube sizes 1/2"-1", square tube sizes 1/2"- 1", flat stock the hard way sizes 1/8", 3/16", and 1/4" and a set for flat stock up to 1 1/2" wide the easy way.

To start off, all material is 1018 cold rolled steel except the bronze bushings. The drive sprockets and chain were purchased from Farm and Fleet. They are 12 tooth for #35 roller chain iirc.

The rolls can be up to 3" in diameter by 1 1/2" wide.

continued...
