ingersoll rand 231 c or g impact
anyone have either of these i need an impact but just don't use it enough to justify a more expensive unit all opinions welcome good or bad

231c would be my choice, I've had one forever, probably the most popular impact ever made. The 231g is part of the "edge" series, its IR's budget line of tools, probably a decent tool but the c is proven.
