This goes to a acid bath line somewhere..

MUST be sealed so NO acid gets inside..
Tube is 14" welded seam 304 stainless..3/8" wall..

Heads are .700 thick 304 shrunk in to the tune of .025....These 'aint goin' anywhere..

.045 308 filler..
3/32" Red...

160 amps MAX with the pedal down..
Did these standing up..No positioner..(Too Heavy)..

And now from standing I have a pain in my a$$
The shaft will be installed tomorrow..

I hate it when the holes in the heads are to size with the shaft..
The heads were salvaged from the original roller..

Now comes the test of how good I did indicating in the bores so I could do the OD of the heads...
