2-Way hand truck not so good on all fours

I picked this up a couple days ago to assist with moving my boxes to storage

Item #: 32410 just in case the link doesn't work later on.

First off the welds for the cross members between the two vertical tubes were so bad, the handle bar wouldn't even slide into the holes for the upright setup (only 2 wheels on the ground). So I tried using it the 4-wheel way since that's the only way it would work, put 3 boxes on it, not even 100 lbs total, and the cross member the two caster wheels connect to bent in and the casters caved in. Getting desperate I took out my dremel and tried to grind down the poor welds, I could barely reach in the tubes with the grinder, so I ended up taking a BFH and pounded the handle bar in vertically. It worked much better in 2-wheel mode, and was able to carry all the boxes I put on it.
