Been hitting the medium/large outdoor sculpture hard lately!

I see. Already knew the translation...both because it is the beginning of the Kansas state motto, Ad astra per aspera, and I took Latin for a foreign language while going to K.U. back in the early '70s. As for the motivational part, the per aspera might also be a good fit...but it will have the Kansas crowd scratching their heads.
