Question Century plasma any one have one ?

I have a century plasma 50 amp model worked great now i am having troubles with it.When I push the button selonoid in machine clicks air comes out but no arc ,when I bring torch close to work it sometimes arcs from tip retainer scew cap .Also some times works fine Put new electrode & cap(nozzle) Same thing?????any ideas

I have one that was given to me years ago that has same problem.
The guy that gave it to me said it was the PC board.

I got mine working it was air pressure switch its a saftey cut out when air pressure gets below 61 psi.I also found manual with schematics and board diagnostics.Its not to detailed but it also has contact #'s.If you need it let me know I will send you a copy.
