Recommend shop in Memphis?

I'm looking for a welding shop in the Memphis area where I could get work 3 days a week. I'm certified for 3G structural SMAW, and I'm not certified but proficient at mild steel MIG, and getting better at aluminum MIG & TIG.

I used Google Maps to come up with a pretty big list of shops that did welding and metal fab, but I was hoping to narrow down the places to stop first (or some to not bother going to) if you guys have any knowledge about them.
