newwest quick project
tried everywhere to find a 26 inch louver for my shop and finnally found a plastic oval one at lowes which i could make fit but not really what im looking for.this vent is to cover an exast fan which is hung on one wall of my shop to draw out paint fumes,the plastic one at lowes was 50 bucks but seeing as im a cheep a$$ i spent 12 bucks on some 2" strap and made my own,hope it keeps the rain out

Way to go! looks good. I bet it was much more fun to make it yourself than to go buy one. I always have lots of fun fabricating.

good job, but with a handle like paintman- I think it needs something...... Possibly .......paint.
