Hypertherm Powermax380

Is $600 a good deal for a slightly used Hypertherm Powermax380? Let me know what you guys think. It is in perfect working order, only used twice, looks like new.

Re: Hypertherm Powermax380

The Powermax380 was last built about 4-1/2 years ago. It is a 120 or 240 volt air plasma with 27 amps of output power. It is designed for sheet metal cutting....and can sever (very slowly) 3/8" steel.....but is better suited on 3/16" and thinner materials. It is still supported by Hypertherm....and will be for as long as we can still procure components necessary (such as PC board components) to keep inventory. If the capability meets your needs it is worth $600 if in good shape. This unit was replaced with the more powerful Powermax30.....which can be purchased new for around $1000.
