CNC Plasma Table

This is our 3rd table to build. It is built very sturdy and performs very well. It utilizes many things found on high end system costing over 15K. We built this table to sell, it has a couple of hours of use on it.

30mm linear bearing slide on X & Y axises

15mm linear bearing slides on Z axis

Advanced Height Control w/Floating Head

Tall clearance gantry for cutting SQ tubing, Channel, I-Beams, Etc.

Dual side drive gantry

6" deep water table.

Rack & Pinion drives

3:1 reduction on X & Y axises via timing belts/pulleys

5 Start Z axis acme screw

All motors are Hybrid 620oz steppers w/Gecko Drives

We are located in western Colorado. Pickup is welcome or we can deliver the machine any where in the US for 1.25-1.65 per loaded mile depending on distance.

Love it man. Only concern is that it seems the water and sparks are landing on the electronics under the table.

Thanks. The top of the enclosure has gotten a few drops, but nothing inside. I will look at moving it inward.
