Guide Rollers..

Yep..
More and more!!!

These are diffrent though..
Most we do have screw on end plates but these are welded..

Same taper-lok set-up as all the rest..
(But I hav'nt done the bushings yet)

Wanted to get them together and rough turned before hand so there will be less "beating" on the shaft afterwards..

After cooling down outside it's back in the machine for "end prep"

Ho-hum. Yet another job by zap with consistent and clean TIG welds on some round parts.

but ripple number 792 looks slightly different from ripples 791 and 793. tsk, tsk, tsk.
