Playin around yesterday. Here's the bender Turbo38.











The last photo shows the 3/4" bar bent. I didn't get the other side bent 90degrees because a wall was in the way.

Most material is .25 plate. The square tube is .125". The pin and bushing are from Tractor Supply Co. and are .75". The outer die is 3" crs.

Improvements would include putting the handle attachments on the outside and perhaps 3/8" stock. Though the there is no noticeable bending.

The two handles allow you to make both bends without removing the metal from the tool.

Can't photograph the effort it took with a 4 foot handle to make the bend. However with a longer handle it might be effortless.
