Fencing project help!!! advice needed

OK here's my plan. i wanna build a fence with a mix of metal and wood i plan to use 2x2 square(for the post) 095 or 120 with a plate on the bottom bolted to a 4 inch slab. for the rails i was thinking 095 or 120 of 1 inch or 1 1/4 square three rails per section. for pickets i will be useing 6 "x 6' dogeared red wood the reason i wanna do it this way is there is an existing slab and the home owner would like to be able to remove section if need to install a pool next year so i figured i could bolt to the slab in lew of cutting out sections and pouring for the post so they could remove sections as needed. obviously 120 is a bit more expensive do you think 095 (since redwood ain't to heavy) will be strong enough for eight foot sections also with three rails you think 1 inch or 1 1/4 thanks all opinions welcome

.095 or .065 would work. Bolting will work fine. Hope they are labeled, because they won't go back as easily at the are removed.
