I recently baught a little Lincoln AC/DC 225/125 welder. It worked fine when I welded with it when I bought it but here at home only the fan runs, no spark at the work end. I oened the unit up to see if there was any loose connections but did not see any thing . Any idea's or input would help alot. thanks

Do you have the ground clamp properly attached to your workpiece?

Check your plug and or receptical, sounds like you only have 110 volts going into the machine. Also check your ground as was already suggested.
