I need to get a downpipe I have, retrofitted. I have a 3" downpipe that is fitted with a GT flange. I need it fitted with a t3 5-bolt (external wastegate) flange. It looks like it will need to be spaced out about 1-1.5 inches to clear the manifold on the way down.
To this I also need the downpipe finished down under. Need a piece welded to reach the midpipe. Looks like a U-pipe cut to make a s-turn pipe is all that is needed

Any help will be much appreciated.

If anyone knows of a good weld shop in Southern California, or if anyone is willing to do the work for some cash, I'm Located in Riverside California.
It would be best if someone could bring their gear with them since I'd have to take my manifold off and put the turbo one on for fitting. If that can't be done, I'll take anything
