i a 1996 Saturn sc1 standard and the e brake broke. if u pull it as you drive u can feel it slow you down but i just doesn't lock. the button and spring can pull out now. dose any one know how to fix it?

So you can pull the e brake up but it dosnt lock? your gonna have to take the handle apart, take that rubber coating off, and see whats wrong
