"A Management & Engineers Guide to MIG Welding Quality Costs Training" Book

Hi everibody!
Does anybody works with the books of welding expert Ed Craig??
What impression give those books to you?
I´m personaly interested in the one called "A Management & Engineers Guide to
MIG Welding Quality Costs Training"
to work with it.It looks very good.
Principally I work with Mig-Mag welding and welding automation. Does anybody knows these or other good books related to these issues?
Thanks!!!

Years ago, I used Ed Craig's mig setup training tape for employees to help take some of the mystery out of setting up migs. It was good, effective and practical, and the guys made use of
the info to do a better job, with less hassle.

I have a couple of his books and use them frequently. His website can also be useful.
