I'm really sorry.
My copy is only 900 pixels wide, so it won't be much better even if I did put it up somewhere. I just zoom in on mine when I need it. Right click and "copy picture as", and ya got it. I forgot where I got it. An evening of surfing the net. Needed some info, and spent the time to get it. I usually don't even use it anymore since I found out what my machine's capable of. Actually the Surface Feet Per Minute calculator in the second chart is the most valuable. It gives a rough starting point, and actually will vary with the HP of your machine, the finish desired, and the type of cutter(HSS, Carbide, Cobalt, etc), and whether you're using coolant. I don't believe there are any set parameters that hold absolutely true with different variables. As far as I know SFPM is a pretty constant value regardless of what kind of cutter you are using. From a drill to a face mill. When it comes to a starting point I think it's mostly about the speed of the outside edge of the cutter. Feed rates go all over the board. Different style cutters, and different materials react differently when it comes to chip load. There's probably some really good machinists here that can add to this. Tangledriver recomended the BEST book out there!
But knowin' y'all, and not bein' willin' to spend the moola, or do a search.........   I remembered where I found the info. It's at http://www.niagracutter.com/techinfo...eed/index.html I ain't good at links. I had to copy this on paper, and do it by hand
