Hello

Hello,
New user located in North Alabama. About to start tech school, again, to complete some welding certifications. I attended tech school twice before, 30 years ago. Recently retired and looking to start doing something else for awhile. I own an old LincolnArc stick machine but looking forward to learning this new fangled stuff out there now.

Re: Hello

Welcome! - I thought there was a bunch of stuff inside those tombstones, untill I opened one up. I think they could have made them a bit smaller, huh?

Re: Hello

I thought they called them "Tombstones" because they are A/C and farmers would use them in less than perfect conditions (standing in cow piss ect.) Welcome and keep your feet dry

Re: Hello

Nah everyone calls them Tombstones because they resemble the old fashion Tombstones that are found in the old cowboy boot hill cemetery. Plus the old Lincoln's weigh as much as a tombstone.
