Re: Something doesn't seem safe about this...

He keeps welding on top of the news paper he won't have to worry about the electrical fire as he will start one right there. But come on how hard would it have been to get the right plug and wire it up? Then again looking at those welds this one needs lots of serious help.

Surely it IS a crime to treat such a fine machine like that. Think of the embarrasment that Miller has gone through!

Heck no! This guy must be single. No woman in her right mind would let her husband weld in the house, on top of newspaper, with the refrigerator unplugged.

What scares me is...He's so proud of both his wiring and welding skills that he actually took pictures of both....He should stick to taking pictures...they're real good pics!!

At least it looks like he is welding in the bathroom where a vent is probably installed...haha

Can anyone see what the welder is set at? Maybe this guy needs advice for a good setting to weld exhaust?

You can tell it's in Europe somewhere from the shape of the plug.

Yeah, and she won't let me weld in the kitchen, or use the bathroom sink as a parts cleaner, or use the shower as a sandblasting booth. What's with these women?

Re: Something doesn't seem safe about this...

I still amazes me what people will do to short cut a project . The newspaper , the electrical hookup , welding in the house . The high pressure cylinder is not chained either . I have seen 1st hand what happens if a valve is damaged .
