Welding Idea
Hey 2marrow I got my welding class for 2 hours and i have run out of ideas of stuff to weld.
All we really do is oxyacetalen welding on 1/16" steel there is a break a roller and a shear that i can use. I need something to do cause the teacher gets pissed when people dont do stuff and im sick of A welds.

Try something like building a perfectly square box. It might prove more difficult than you think.

a square cube filled with water.
a letter file, you know the kind that is folded metal welded with another to sit on a desk a fishing pole holder, one that ya jab in the ground to hold your rod a brass decoration for your favorite pal's wall, like a fan or some kind of critter you like stuff like this is fun & helps you in class.

You could make a 20"x25" BBQ grill grating out of stainless rod.
And then when your done with it, send it to me!

You could make a flatbed with toolboxes on the sides to fit a 94' Silverado that would be cool.

I second the perfectly square box idea, it's good fit up practice. Or you could make yourself some tool boxes. Or if you don't want a tool box, I'll take it off your hands.
