Here is another Polaris RZR that I am building.

Custom Cage, dash, roof, LED light bar, etc...

Cage is a mixture of 1.75"x.120", 1.5"x.120", and 1.25"x.109", 1"x.090", .750"x.065" DOM mild steel.

The dash, roof, wing, etc will be .050" 3003 H14 aluminum.

All TIG welded.

May I suggest a few handles in the upper front corner of the cage.............

Pulse? All of these welds are done manually with no pulsing.

Thanks, normally I put handles in the corners but this car will be getting some A-pillar bracing to the doors that still have to go on so no room/need for the handles.
