SA 200 Thermostat Removal

How do I get old stat out? It seems to have a sleave inside the houseing.Also what it has in it is a 180,is this ok or do I need a 160 here in south Tx.

Would stick with the correct temp

I don't know what the book/manual calls for as to temp, but I just rember matching it up to the same degree at the parts house.

I replaced mine a while back and as I recall it was a 160.
