Cat D6R hardbar and dozer frame repair

Heres a few pics of a hard bar it was egg shaped about 5/8 pon 2 sides in bearing fit i hand welded it up 1/8 7018. then linebored and cut snapring grooves back in it. The dozer frame is 4140 and from cat has no bushings i take two bushings from the hardbar and bore the frame for them. cat pulls the motor or oil pan to do this but joint gives enough room to bore thanks for lookin steve

Nice work. Heavy work I'll bet. How do you get the bar from the truck and into place? Backhoe maybe?
