Now some demo ones

Problem with old house built from soft bricks is that more usually comes down than you want.

Up until about 1910, many houses here were built with sandstock bricks. They're a soft clay brick. And lime mortar was used. I took out an internal wall and an external wall. Well, the external wall took some of itself out .

Glad that window isn't supporting much. If it were, ya might have had to remove the wall that much further. And build outward for that big azzed tub for the missus.
