i apreciate tha advice
should oval and cocave would be the cross section of a fillet to reduce base metal stress, and have a maximun joint strenght?

Concavity is weak. The profile needs positive reinforcement. Convex bead profiles are stronger.
Work angle is adjustable, but nominally it is determined by rod type, joint type, position, accessibilty. It just depends. Start at 90 degrees, then adjust to suit the situation. Push uphill with 7018, drag perpendicular with 6013, whip 6010. It depends.
