Powermax 1000, air regulator replacement
Just wondering if anyone has ever swapped out their air regulator. I haven't opened up my box yet to see what kind of a task, if any, that it may be, but just curious.

Never mind. I opened up the box and it looks like a no brainer to swap out the pressure regulator.

Re: Powermax 1000, air regulator replacement
You can download the Powermax1000 service manual from the www.hypertherm.com website for free....provides nice line drawings and pictures, as well as step by step procedures for working on the plasma. Go to the site, click on download library at the top of the page, choose the system, select manuals, then service manual. Click on the .pdf icon and it will download to your computer.
